Guest Geoff Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Ooops... I read the URL wrong. http://yoursite.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.html is the invalid URL.
Ahmedb Posted February 5, 2011 Author Posted February 5, 2011 I never said I went there. I go to /cpanel mysite.heliohost.org/cpanel
Guest Geoff Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Sorry for the confusion. This is what I think happened. 1. Your account became inactive and you received an inactivity email. 2. Djbob cancelled the script that would have suspended your account. 3. You logged into your CPanel, and due to #2, you had no problems. 4. Your account was deleted. Note that #3 does not re-activate accounts. Accounts that have become inactive must use the renew script to mark their account as active again. Logging into CPanel only prevents accounts from becoming inactive, but it does not make them active again. You just thought your site appeared to be fine, and so you did not take any further action.
Ahmedb Posted February 5, 2011 Author Posted February 5, 2011 No,I was never inactive,That's the thing. I logged on to cPanel on Jan 27 2011 and my site was working, then the next day...Boom!
Guest Geoff Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 When I mean "inactive", I mean your account status must have been set to "inactive" for some unknown reason. Even if your account was still working (which it should not have been due to what djbob said), it was marked inactive, so the account management script deleted it.
Ashoat Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Actually, if he had logged in after he should have been suspended, everything should have been fine. His account would not have ended up terminated. I am still unsure as to why your logins were not registered.
