I am in charge of creating a website for this senior year project. It involves a community garden. If I host it here, will I be able to register a second account for that project, or will I be stuck putting it in a subdomain/another folder?

I doubt that will be possible. It will only lead you to a ban if they do a routine IP sweep (And I think they do it all the time...)

I don't quite understand your question: What will the second account be able to do?

Sorry but your only allowed one account. Just use a subdomain or an Addon domain. You can get a free domain name here:

You will not be able to create a second account, as your IP is logged when you sign up.
