Byron Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 How long ago did you try changing the nameservers to ours? If it's been over 48 hours than contact your registrar and have them change the nameservers. Right now this is where your domain is pointing.
Guest Geoff Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 Any changes that you make to WHOIS will take 48 hours to take effect as a general rule.

I have tried twice in the past two months to change the nameservers to Heliohost's. Both times with the same results. FAIL - no valid nameservers found (After 48 hours)
Guest Geoff Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 The whois record is not updated. This is the problem. Your domain registar is not updating whois, and therefore nameservers are not being changed. This is definately a problem with your registar. Whois should be updated within minutes of a change.
