Eg. subdomain.domain.com subdomain.domain.com == domain.com/subdomain It takes a few hours for a subdomain to become active. You can add subdomains in cPanel. Byron Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 If you want it to act as a seperate domain, use an Addon Domain instead. It will still create the sub-domain but now you can point a domain name to it. Subdomain: http://alpha1omega.byrondallas.heliohost.org Addon Domain: http://alpha1omega.uni.cc If you use the Addon Domain feature instead of the sub-domain feature it will automatically create the sub-domain for you.
