FrancescoV Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 My site is unavailable too since yesterday. The website address is registro-record.heliohost.org I tried to log in the cp panel with my credentials, every time I can't access too. Haven't received any mail from heliohost administrators about troubles with my site. Everything has just disappeared and the login is impossible. Please help us with our sites. Thank you
Guest Geoff Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 Your account does not appear to be in the database. It might have been suspended due to inactivity. In fact, none of your accounts appear to be in the database. Have any of you logged into cpanel during the last 30 days?

jje Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 This is a very strange issue. You might need to signup again if HelioHost can't recover your accounts. If you haven't kept backups, please recover as much as you can from the Google web cache: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/sear...lvatoreg.co.cc/ http://www.google.com/search?oe=UTF-8&...d.heliohost.org (choose 'Cached' next to page) Glepp - what's your domain? Francesco - what's your cPanel username? Sorry for any inconvenience
FrancescoV Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 Hi! I enter cpanel at least once every week to update the content. My cpanel user name is record.
FrancescoV Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 I tried to register my website again and now I'm waiting for cPanel to become active. It seemes my whole site was wiped away together with my account on heliohost... However I'll put up everything back as soon as I can access cPanel.
Giuseppe Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Please, help! Any directive would be valuable. Does the folder /home/glepp still exst on the Stevie server? Can my account be recovered? If not, I will accept an advice to register anew.
FrancescoV Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Ok. For me, now everythings have been restored (after re-registering, I've uploaded all my website contents again) and working. But please, investigate why such an event has happened, because, apparently, there was no reason for this to happen. Thanks again for your prompt support and keep up the good work!
Guest Geoff Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 my domain name is house-intellect.ru. I also regularly log into my cPanel. Once upon a time in September I had a long absence from my cPanel account and as I have received an email notification from heliohost speaking of possible account suspension in case I do not login in two weeks. I have last visited cPanel on 15th of January to make full backup. Seems to be no reason for suspension this time. Thanks for your feedback! What may have happened is that you visited a CPanel URL ending in a .html extension. You must visit a URL with a .PHPCP extension. However, since you have made a full backup, you should be able to create a new account, and upload all of your files. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please, help! Any directive would be valuable. Does the folder /home/glepp still exst on the Stevie server? Can my account be recovered? If not, I will accept an advice to register anew. If your account has been deleted, the folder has been moved to /dev/null (recycle bin). Unlike windows, it is not possible to recover files moved to the recycle bin.
