page 84, on the left hand side, under technology. and in the 3rd, and last row, it says

"Tmg/Sftwr"

One is for years before 03-04, one is for years after; with different project numbers.

Notice in the first column, "Total Estimated Cost of Project", it says "$6,600,000" and "$8,500,000" respectively. That is actually a lot more than my expectation, but the school also purchases extra software that is not from Microsoft, so that is the case.

 

So, Ze_Calvinator's point is disproven

are you sure you know what your talking about? That looked kinda messed up to me, like whoever typed it didn't have a clue. Mostly schools use site licenses, unforutnantly, the government can't just buy one, it has to buy one for ever school...
