Styles2304 Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 I've waited 48 hours for the login of styles23 to work. Still no go . . . I don't even get a page queued error. The domain is feetoccustoms.co.cc. Am I missing a step? I checked the faqs first. Quote
jje Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 You need to add nameservers to your .co.cc. The nameservers are: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org This can be done within the .co.cc setup. It can take up to 96 hours for your account to be created, especially if you are using a domain other than .heliohost.org. Quote

I've setup the name servers like that but I wasn't aware of the extended wait. Thanks for the heads up. Quote
Guest Geoff Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Your account is still queued, probably due to this problem. Quote
Styles2304 Posted January 5, 2011 Author Posted January 5, 2011 Alright, I'll try not to give myself a newb-induced seizure if it's not up at the 96 hour mark. Quote
Styles2304 Posted January 6, 2011 Author Posted January 6, 2011 I understand the issues, I'm basically just keeping a chronological log . . . 96 hours and still can't login. Again, I understand and am not worried, I'm just keeping things updated! Quote
Styles2304 Posted January 6, 2011 Author Posted January 6, 2011 Another update: site is finally showing queued page and I can login to the cpanel! Quote
jje Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 That's great! That means that your account will be up and running in no longer than 24 hours! Quote
