Hi all :)

I recently signed up for a hosting account with yourselves.

I got the following e-mail:

Dear tritoch,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has been added to the creation queue. Here is your account information:
Username: tritoch (note: case sensitive!)
Password: *********
Domain: m00.in
Control Panel URL: http://m00.in/cpanel

Please note that it will take up to 24 hours before you can log in, and up to 48 hours before your website is up and running. Also note that your account will be automatically pruned if you do not log in to your control panel for a period of one month.

Just wondering what I may be doing wrong etc. The Name Servers are all set. I'm probably just missing something.

Thanks,

tritoch.

Did you wait the 24 hours? The database says your account is still queued. All you have to do is wait for it to become active.

Account creation can take up to 96 hours.

I did wait 24 hours before posting. :) it's now been 48 hours. So I guess I'll wait until tomorrow to find out if anything changes :)

Thanks,

can I ask what email I used to sign up? Because I'm trying to reset my account pass, and it says email sent, but I'm not receiving one.

it should be tritoch@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks,

An administrator will be able to provide you with this information. :)

Unfortunately, I believe that Hotmail has blocked HelioHost's emails. Please check your Spam/Junk folders.

Cheers :) It seems like it's all sorted from my end. Including website which has been uploaded to the public_html directory.

Just waiting on configuration now. Thanks for all your help everyone,
