Pls approve the queued account

Hi Helionet/Heliohost admin,

 

please approve my queued account, the domain is aisoftsolution.com

and has been pointed to DNS ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

but until now is still queued... please approve it...

 

because the hosting account in aisoft.heliohost.org ... has been set the parked domain

to aisoftsolution.com ... and could you change the main domain to be aisoftsolution.com ?

It will come out of the queued state automatically after the server does a restart. If you want me to change your heliohost sub-domain to aisoftsolution.com, you'll have to delete aisoftsolution.com as a parked domain first. Why not just leave it the way it is? Nobody will know the difference and if your .com domain expires you'll still have the heliohost sub-domin name.

maybe i choose to still placed domain of aisoftsolution.com as a parked domain... so my account in heliohost is still establised...

but my question... how long to make an account in parked domain can be run normally to access webhost heliohost?

because the domain is still queued now... when the domain can access NS heliohost normally?

may be you have some suggestion for that queued...

please ignored and canceled all of the request in this post...

 

because i has been change the DNS again...

so the error will be show up

so could you remove all of parked domain in the aisoft.heliohost.org

Wait 24 hours and see if it still shows aisoftsolution.com as a Parked Domain at your cpanel then post back here and let me know. If it has been deleted, and if you want, I can change your domain to aisoftsolution.com.

Ok... the parked domain of aisoftsolution.com has been deleted now...

so could you change the main domain of aisoft.heliohost.org to aisoftsolution.com?

 

and if the main domain has been changed... so then if using heliohost account... can i enter the cpanel of aisoftsolution.com?

(because this is for the maintenance (port 80) only until the new main domain has been resolved... it is possible or not?)

Ok your domain name is now:

 

aisoftsolution.com

 

It may take 24 hours to resolve and you may or may not still be able to login through the link in my signature.

 

Also you know you still need to point aisoftsolution.com to our nameservers?
