daman371 Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 My website, daman371designs.com, is down. Is this a server related issue?
Byron Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 Are you sure that's the correct domain name? I'm not seeing that in our database.
Guest Geoff Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 It looks like that used to be a site, but its not working anymore. Its not even pointed to heliohost's nameservers. If you have lost your files, you may be able to recover them here: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/sear...371designs.com/
daman371 Posted December 28, 2010 Author Posted December 28, 2010 It was. I have backups of the files still. I had it hosted here at heliohost. I doubled checked on godaddy and the nameservers for it are NS1.HELIOHOST.ORG and NS2.HELIOHOST.ORG. Also I had another site, review-a-prof.com, with the same nameservers. It seems to have gone down on december 14th while I was out of the country on vacation. I'm not sure if my account was suspended or what. I checked with the suspension tool and it said no account was found. Thanks
Byron Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 I'm seeing you pointed to us when I do a WHOIS. Go ahead and create a new account if you like but if you want to use both domains, one will either have to be a Parked Domain or an Addon Domain. Your only allowed one account per person.
daman371 Posted December 30, 2010 Author Posted December 30, 2010 Ok. I signed up again. I'll start reuploading my databases and websites again as soon as it's setup. I'm not sure why my account was deleted. I had the second domain as an addon domain. Thanks though
Byron Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 It probaby got deleted because of inactivity. You need to login to your cpanel at least once every 30 days. Good luck with your new site.
daman371 Posted December 31, 2010 Author Posted December 31, 2010 Oh ok. I thought I just had to visit the forum once every 2 weeks. Will login to cpanel though every once in awhile. Thanks
