i get this error all the time

what does this mean is it due to my internet connectivity or error on heliohost server. kindly tell me guys, and how can i stop getting such errors.

Not your fault. Caused when server load is high (which, at times, is more often then not). Only solution is to move to another host.

Also may happen when you edit files with CPanel's file manager.

The server load is available in my (or Byron/Wizard's) siggy. The higher it is, the slower the server and more likely Internal Server Errors will occur.

 

It is usually around 10 - 20 (which is good).
