Mithrandir
Yesterday I set up my site: no problem. Everything is still running okay, except for the occasional 500 error. ( http://i.imgur.com/RQuaM.png ) I get this when I go to my CPanel as well as different places on my site. At first I thought it was just my site, until I came here on the forums and kept getting the same error (the above picture is actually from trying to start this topic! See also http://imgur.com/dRmP5.png) Is this just a server problem or is it just me? Thanks! Happens when server is under high load (which, sometimes, is a lot of the time).
Mithrandir
Not just you. Happens when server is under high load (which, sometimes, is a lot of the time). Okay, thank you!
Guest Geoff
You can tell if the server load is high by going to 'service status' in your cpanel, or by visiting the URL below:
jje
At the moment, the Server Load is at 200, which is very high and very unusual. This could be related to - Our new server, Charlie - Maintenance - User abusing the server or other reasons. This means LOTS of Internal Server Errors. Hopefully this will fix soon. Also, there is a backlog of account creations (since 16th December).
