[help] need to change domain name

Dear support,

When i sing up to helionet.org i put in a .com domain that I have.

After I finish the registration I realise that I cannot bring that domain over to here.

I'm wondering if I can change to a subdomain with helionet.org

 

my account is justond

would like to have justond.helionet.org or juston66.helionet.org as my free domain.

I 've tried my cpanel login couple times.

but it doesn't seem to work.

 

I wonder when you create the sub domain for me, does that reset my password?

I haven't receive any new email so far.

Changing your domain name put you behind in coming out of queue. Give it another 24 hours and your password is still the same.
