(12)Cannot allocate memory

I just changed from another free host to helio, and after i installed my phpbb board, i get strange errors(500, insternal server error). It gaves me randomly, and when i check the error log from cpanel, it says the next:

[error] [client 66.***.71.99] (12)Cannot allocate memory: couldn't create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for /home/botforum/public_html/viewtopic.php

And as i used google, the problem is related to the hoster ( or not )

 

Any ideas?

The server is slow/Feature XYZ doesn't work/Something's wrong with my account/etc.

Cannot allocate memory , when executing format ,this occurs on installation and when i launch the command from the console , i was unable to format my 250gb hard drive to install syllable.

First up, you should not be able to access the console on heliohost.

Second, you need to provide your domain and username.

Third, you need to post in the "Customer Service" forum. This forum is for helionet, not heliohost.
