remortaz
Hi there! I've registered to your hosting service a couple of days ago using a g-mail account. However, I've never received an information mail from both your hosting site and this support site. As a result, I was unable to verify my forum account so I've created this one. My main problem is, I cannot login to CPanel using my login info. I can see the index of/ thing in my site so my account is successfully created. I've tried to reset my password but also I cannot receive that verification code email as well. So how can I fix this problem? Thanks account: inciprd site: incistudios.co.cc

Byron
Excellent support, thank you I can change my email adress to a non-gmail one as well via CPanel, right? Yes and I think it's called "Contact Email" at the cpanel. EDIT: It's actually called Update Contact Info.
