CPanel Password Issue

Hi there!

 

I've registered to your hosting service a couple of days ago using a g-mail account. However, I've never received an information mail from both your hosting site and this support site. As a result, I was unable to verify my forum account so I've created this one. My main problem is, I cannot login to CPanel using my login info. I can see the index of/ thing in my site so my account is successfully created. I've tried to reset my password but also I cannot receive that verification code email as well. So how can I fix this problem?

Yeah we are currently having a problem with gmail recieving our emails. When you try to login, are you using all lowercase?

Yes I've both tried lowercase, uppercase, first letter upper other lower etc..Still couldn't get it work

Yes and I think it's called "Contact Email" at the cpanel.

 

EDIT: It's actually called Update Contact Info.

Successfully logged into CPanel and made necessary changes, thank you once again
