no nameserver found

Hi

 

I created a hosting account and linked to the domain www.hassuntiling.co.za

It said I must use name servers of ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

 

However every time I try to get the domain moved it comes back to say no name servers found for hassuntiling.co.za

At the time of this post, the domain hassuntiling.co.za is pointing to:

 

ns17.ixwebhosting.com

ns18.ixwebhosting.com

 

You'll need to login to your domain registrar and add our nameservers in place of those.

I the way .co.za works is you send a file to co-za admin with all the info of the domain, in the file I changed the nameserver to yours. and put as update for it to take the new name servers, but it comes back to name server not found

Our nameservers are correct and functioning. Please talk to the co-za admin.
