DNS Error Unable to determine the IP address for (everything is pointed to the servers)

Main website page is not showing index.html or index.php files when changing .htacess

 

On it displays this on the website

Not Found

 

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is kimpen.tk a Parked Domain or Addon Domain? How long ago did you set this up at the cpanel? If it hasn't been over 24 hours ago then that's probably your problem and you just need to wait.

It might be that that is an addon domain, and you have deleted the document root folder that the addon domain is pointed to. Don't think that it is an "Accound queued" issue, since you would see the "Heliohost accound queued" page.

 

Nobody is perfect, so I could be wrong.

I tried waiting for 24 hours and more and (add on domain) still displays

I think my add on domain is still on "HelioHost Account Queued" I've waited more than 24 hours. Since I try going to other sub domain's like blog.kimpen.tk and it displays that message that its still "queued". Will this queued be finished soon?
