Yah, ermm, sorry? Today sucks. Anyways, its working fine from my side... this is weird.

I have decided to implement a new feature: you can now directly chat with the parent host, through here: heliohost.org/chat.htm. Hope that helps...

All representatives are currently busy. Please wait. .

PS: You have to disable Pop-up blocker in your browser though

Don't speak with the parent host, they are a bunch of idiots. I had this conversation with one of their representatives:

Logan: Hi, how may I help you ?

Ryan: My website, spacekid.heliohost.org, is currently experiencing difficulties. I was wondering if this is a known issue or if it will be resolved shortly.

Logan: Could you please tell me your domain name ?

Ryan: spacekid.heliohost.org

Logan: Ok jus wait a moment

Logan: I need to check

Logan: Website is working

Logan: I have checked

Logan: Could you elaborate the problem which you are facing ?

Ryan: Hold on one second please :)

Ryan: I am trying to access it and FireFox brings up the standard error when it can't find the domain name.

Logan: Sure

Logan: Just try to ping the domain from the command line

Ryan: OK, hold on :)

Logan: Sure

Ryan: Ping returns fine.

Logan: Please try once again with any other browser

Ryan: Sorry, returns 404 error.

Logan: Which URL you are trying to open ?

Ryan: http://spacekid.heliohost.org

Ryan: Heliohost.org works fine, it is the subdomain that won't open

Logan: Do you have any alternative Internet Connection

Logan: if it pinging it must be open

Logan: because it is opening properly from our end

Ryan: My internet connection works fine, otherwise I would not be speaking with you.

Ryan: Have you tried going to the SUBDOMAIN, or just the root domain?

Logan: Yes that is ok

Logan: Sometimes few site can not resolved from ISP due to routing issue

Logan: That's why I am asking you

Logan: nothing else

Ryan: No, I do not have an alternative internet connection

Logan: ok just do one thing

Logan: Which OS you are using

Logan: ?

Logan: Windows or Linux ?

Ryan: Microsoft Windows XP

Logan: Ok fine ..search a file under C: directory called hosts

Ryan: I can assure you it is not a hosts file problem.

Ryan: I think I have had all the help I need today, thank you.

Logan: I understand

Logan: I just put entry over there

Logan: and let try its working or not

Ryan: Placing the entry into the hosts file will only block the domain.

Logan: with ip

Ryan: I think I have had all the help I need today, thank you for your time.

I had another discussion with the same guy (unfortunately, I think I did something that got fate mad at me). I swear that guy was sitting there drinking a cup of coffee and laughing his head off while he was supposedly researching one of my problems. I eventually disconnected and I wish I had asked to speak with another rep/supervisor.
