I have decided to implement a new feature: you can now directly chat with the parent host, through here: heliohost.org/chat.htm. Hope that helps... All representatives are currently busy. I swear that guy was sitting there drinking a cup of coffee and laughing his head off while he was supposedly researching one of my problems.
