loosing www from domain name.

Hi when I create a parked domain www.modularspacetoys.co.cc it keep truncating the www off the front and becoming modularspacetoys.co.cc.

The modularspacetoys.co.cc loads my heliohost site but the www.modularspacetoys.co.cc is in permanent "account queued" status.

 

Am I doing something wrong?

When I use a zone name with another site the www.modularspacetoys.co.cc works correctly.

I readded this wednesday i think, left it for 36 hours.

I tried again earlier today, but asked the question anyway because I noticed the cpanel is truncating the name, so it doesn't mater what I type in the www gets removed.

So really the question should be, should I be getting www or not?

Just seems odd that the domain name without www works but the domain name with www doesn't.
