Uploading a CMS

I am trying to upload a CMS called silverstripe to my website so I can use it.

The only problem is when I upload the folder to the public_html named (silverstripe)

all the installs run correctly but my main page is www.vox-fighters.co.cc/silverstripe

not www.vox-fighters.co.cc.

 

Is this because when I uploaded it using ftp to the public_html I put it in a folder called silverstripe

instead of just loading all its contents into the public html?

 

So my question plainly is

 

am I to upload its contents straight into public_html/ for it to be www.mydomain.co.cc/

or is there something I am doing wrong?
