Username change request

My 9 char username was truncated to the 8 char limit, Heliohost changed it promptly on my request after I had just signed up.

Forum accounts aren't linked to hosting accounts even though the host signup form asks for the forum username.

 

Thank you, Heliohost, for the excellent free service, but it would have been nice to respect my request for privacy.

Um... we can't change anything if you don't tell us who you are. Domain and username please.

There's an 8 character limit on usernames. I can't change it to bitinvert.
