my domain conflict with your system

we have here hosting package

its username : heikalen

and its main domain : heikalnet.tk

 

we added anew domain like addon domain it was : heikal.tk

now i removed it from addon domains but it still conflict with your system

eventhough i changed your nameservers with others and delete the domain and register it again

but it still conflict with your system

when i try to join my domain in browser : [ heikal.tk ] it open this ur [ http://heikal.tk/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi ]

so my domain now is suspend in your system and i cant signup hosting here or any where
