awin Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 I recently signed up for HelioHost and was told that an error was encountered during installation - the error message I received was 'Unable to add user awin'. I tried to re-register with the same information but then I received this: 'Sorry, a group for that username already exists.' Should I re-register with different information? Because then I'm not sure if I'd be able to use this HelioNet forum username with the new information since apparently I've already registered once with it.
