[Solved] a DNS entry for my domain already exists problem

i want to register hosting package but when i try to signup it send msg back said that

 

Sorry, a DNS entry for heikal.tk already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

 

so i cant do it from my shared hosting

so can you do this from whm and thanks for your time

and domain : heikal.tk

 

notice : i was add this domain in my brother hosting package before as addon domain

his cpanel user : heikalen

and domain : heikalnet.tk
