The first error was whe I signed up with the heliohost.org subdomain. The second error was because I signed up for a co.cc domain, but 10 minutes after I signed up for HelioHost. The nameservers are entered correctly. This third time, it has been 48 hours, but I still cannot log into cPanel. The hostname is not found. I seem to be having the same problem as arnpro. The signup date was 09-25-2010. The website address is enigmacomputerforum.co.cc. The username is lucasbg. I hope this gets resolved-this seems like an awesome service and I have heard high praises sung of it. I'm not willing to give up on you guys easily

I am not going to spend my time helping you unless it's the only way for your account to work. Sorry, but HelioHost hosts over 10,000 accounts and I don't have time to give each user individual attention. My logs show that creation failed for your account three days ago, which was before I fixed the system. Please try registered again (or correct me if you've registered more recently).

I was just asking, didn't plan on you doing it. Sorry, I didn't understand. Forgive me. I reregistered last night, that;s when that error came up. I'll try again. Queer how I'm not showing up in the more recent logs. EDIT: I'll have to wait till tomorrow again, your quota has been filled. I'll post back when I do.
