T0048356 Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 I had an email saying that my account had reached its bandwidth limit, at first i though it said 4800MB/2500MB but upon closer inspection i realised that it actually says 48000MB. Correct me if im wrong, but isnt that like 48GB or something? I understand that users were posting that there bandwidth meter wasnt working, and that djbob was going to investigate it in October (see post here > http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=7321) Surely there must be a decimal point shifted somewhere? :S

Ashoat Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 So I took a look through cPanel "domlogs" (which are used for calculating bandwidth usage), and I can't figure out why cPanel would calculate that amount of bandwidth usage for you. I re-ran the bandwidth calculator on your account, but it looks like that didn't change anything. Since I have no idea what's going on, I've opened a support ticket with the cPanel support staff to see if they can figure out what's going on. Stay tuned!
Ashoat Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 cPanel is asking me to grant them access to the account so that they can take a look at some settings in cPanel. Is it okay if I reset your password to something else temporarily so that they can look?
