Tim O Posted September 21, 2010 Share Posted September 21, 2010 I received an email yesterday to go to the website: http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php...me=*myusername*, but when I clicked on it to make sure my account is non suspended (I use a wordpress site that does not require me to go to the CPanel in order to access the website), it would not let me renew my account with my username. A script managed to stick it back in, but that script didn't know that your account was suspended... so cPanel and our database were out of sync.
