daCris Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 I've visited my website today and I received this: "There is no website configured at this address." Yesterday it was working.... What's the problem? It's dacris.heliohost.org EDIT: Now it doesn't display anything, like it wouldn't exist... help....................
Spaceman3750 Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 It has most likely been deleted due to your spamming.
Ashoat Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 Maybe it expired... although the script has been acting screwy lately. I guess I can give you a free month if you want, but I'm sorry: I can't recover you files

I guess I can give you a free month if you want, but I'm sorry: I can't recover you files I've added another month of hosting on November 9 or 8 so, it should have lasted until December 11. I have the files on my computer and yes, I would like a month of free hosting...

daCris Posted November 16, 2005 Author Posted November 16, 2005 It's November 16 and my site still doesn't work? What's wrong?
eTronicGaming Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 If it is because of the server error, it should be working now.
Ashoat Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 It's November 16 and my site still doesn't work? What's wrong? You have to make a new site... I told you that.
eTronicGaming Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 A) If it expired, reupload the files (you can check to see if you still have your files using the :2082 port or /cpanel directory) If it is the server, and you are running off a subdomain through HelioHost, it is most likely the server error.
