What's happened with my account?

I can't access cPanel and ftp for a few weeks. It looks like my account was deleted. But I really don't know what was the reason. My site is (was) highscore.heliohost.org.

I logined every 7-14 days. How could I fail? Don't understand. Probably it was a one of your unnumbered bugs

It's not likely since nobody else has complained about thier site being mistakenly deleted. Maybe you were using the wrong url to login. If it ended in .html instead of php then that was your problem.

These links. I logined last time 11 or 13 of August (it was from the phone. Link 2). 16 was from the computer, but I'm not sure. And last 2 weeks I couldn't login. So it turned out that account was deleted after 2 weeks of inactivity or it was deleted in September because of 30 days of inactivity, but it means that there is some bug (I couldn't login last weeks anyway). Can you tell the date of deleting?

No we can't tell the date of deleting. Once your site gets deleted we have no records of it. We're sorry your site got deleted and if there is a bug it will make it self more relavent in the days to come. Feel free to create another account and be sure to keep backups of important files.
