I have a cPanel account for bruceunger.com and have set up ftp with a username and password and wonder what I need to do in my Godaddy domain manager to allow me to transfer via ftp. Do I need to enter heliohost nameservers into my Godaddy domain manager? Anything else I need to do? Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Wizard Posted September 6, 2010 Share Posted September 6, 2010 You should set the nameservers as detailed in the Support FAQ. If you already have an account with us, you must add "bruceunger.com" as either an addon domain or a parked domain.
