Good evening!

 

Earlier today I've tried to setup a new account, and received the "Hosting Account Installed!" email.

However within the hour, it was followed by an email with the error "Unable to add group arjentm".

 

I've run through the registration process again, and I will of course be patient - but as usual I am paranoid,

so I am wondering if I somehow did something wrong, or if this is a common server error. ;p

I'm not seeing an account with the username arjentm. Try registering again and if it doesn't take this time I'll escalate this todjbob.

I did try to register again, a bit before I made the post.

A few minutes ago I got another error email:

 

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

Sorry, the home directory for this user ( /home/arjentm ) already exists. Please move or delete it and try again or use the force option if available.

Note to djbob: I'm not seeing his username or domain name in the database.

 

Username: arjentm

Domain name: arjentm.heliohost.org

I can login to the cPanel and the dns resolves. You are le awesome. <3
