arjentm Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 Good evening! Earlier today I've tried to setup a new account, and received the "Hosting Account Installed!" email. However within the hour, it was followed by an email with the error "Unable to add group arjentm". I've run through the registration process again, and I will of course be patient - but as usual I am paranoid, so I am wondering if I somehow did something wrong, or if this is a common server error. ;p Thanks in advance! =]
Byron Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 I'm not seeing an account with the username arjentm. Try registering again and if it doesn't take this time I'll escalate this todjbob.

A few minutes ago I got another error email: Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, the home directory for this user ( /home/arjentm ) already exists. Please move or delete it and try again or use the force option if available. Thanks for the quick reply. :]
