For unknown reason I cannot access my website, nor CPanel.

Then I tried to renew my website I got: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database...".

I remember what lately I haven't got any emails from Heliohost regarding to renewing or anything similar.

My CPanel username is ignas252

It looks like your site got completely deleted this time. You really shouldn't wait until you get a notice before you login. Feel free to create a new account if you want, but signups won't start again until Wed.
