Mail with my domain

Hi i'm having some problems configuring the mail accounts. I have a TLD which i pointed to heliohost's nameservers. This domain works fine. But i'm not sure how i can make it work with mails. My domain provider let's me choose "No mail", "MX Entry" and "Handle mail here". I guess the MX choise is correct. But i can't make it work. What is the currect way of doing this?

Have you created your email account at your cPanel yet?
