Tas Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 Hi, today a registered for a free account domain. I received a confirmation email: "Please note that it will take up to 24 hours before you can log in, and up to 48 hours before your website is up and running. Also note that your account will be automatically pruned if you do not log in to your control panel for a period of one month." Then i received an error email: "Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for tas.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again. " How can i do that? I tried to log on http://www.heliohost.org:2082/login/ but did not work. My best.

Ashoat Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 This seems to be an old remnant of a past hosting provider we used. Okay, I've deleted the zone file - go ahead and try to recreate your account.
