I was hospitalized and not able to log in. Derek Posted August 20, 2010 Share Posted August 20, 2010 If your account was disabled for not signing into cPanel at least once per month, it's not really disabled. It was deleted. You can just register a new account with the same name (or whatever name), and it'll work fine. Note however that none of your files were backed up from your old account.
