Reactivation Request

Can you please reactivate my account. It was probably deactivated because I had not logged into the Control Panel in awhile. I was hospitalized and not able to log in.

 

I already attempted the link to reactivate but got the message the username could not be found or was not listed as inactive.

If your account was disabled for not signing into cPanel at least once per month, it's not really disabled. It was deleted.

 

You can just register a new account with the same name (or whatever name), and it'll work fine.

 

Note however that none of your files were backed up from your old account.
