When I go to your subdomain here: http://whm.dooug.co.cc I get a password prompt that is through htaccess which is usually done from your cpanel. Is that the prompt that your having a problem with? You should see this folder as password protected: http://dooug.co.cc/whm Look for the username and give it a new password. That will be your username and password to get into that whm.
