ncrowder Posted August 12, 2010 Share Posted August 12, 2010 I got an email today saying my account ncrowder.heliohost.org was inactive and to click this link "http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?act=Reg&CODE=03&uid=13053&aid=e28cb318d6750e14c5f09b50e721c965" otherwise in 10 days it would be deleted. It seems it's already been deleted because when I click on the link it says my account does not exist or in inactive. I can log in to cpanel but I all my files appear to be gone... Your account however is ok and our logs show you as having logged in today. http://ncrowder.heliohost.org Just make sure you log into your cpanel at least once every 30 days.
