ssforum Posted August 29, 2010 Posted August 29, 2010 @ssforum: I'm seeing your site ok now. Hi byron, Could you load the frongpage of https://www.sunsue.com ? when I click on the link, my browsers even IE8 or Firefox 3.68 require me to save a file named sunsue_com. Is it normal? would you check the httpd.conf and ssl.conf for a second time ? It there something wrong with the settings of the files? please help !! by the way, after opening the saved file, the content of the file is about www.danielsage.org not www.sunsue.com . P.S. I cannot login the whm.sunsue.com by using the username and password of my cPanel admin account. Thank you
Byron Posted August 30, 2010 Posted August 30, 2010 by the way, after opening the saved file, the contain of the file is about www.danielsage.org not www.sunsue.com . Did djbob grant you a dedicated ip for your site? P.S. I cannot login the whm.sunsue.com by using the username and password of my cPanel admin account. We don't allow access to the whm. Everything is done from the cpanel.

Byron Posted August 30, 2010 Posted August 30, 2010 Start a new topic in Customer Service and title it "Request for dedicated IP". Include your domain name and username in the post. Then one of the admins. will escalate it to djbob.
