[Solved] HelioHost Terms

I'm sorry if this question has already been asked (I may not have searched well enough).

 

This question relates to the line in the HelioHost terms, which states, "Your site will not be of a pornographic nature and will refrain from providing pictures and/or photographs of nude men and women."

 

I am new to HelioHost and am hoping to upload my portfolio site. Some of the charcoal and graphite pieces are life drawings of nude models. Everything is tasteful and not meant to be pornographic, but I thought I should ask if images like these are acceptable before uploading my site.
