/tmp disk is full

I was trying to install Joomla 1.5.20 on my domain but it says:

 

Warning: session_write_close() [function.session-write-close]: write failed: No space left on device (28) in /home/gravity0/public_html/jdbastardy/libraries/joomla/session/session.php on line 562

Warning: session_write_close() [function.session-write-close]: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in /home/gravity0/public_html/jdbastardy/libraries/joomla/session/session.php on line 562

 

And then by checking under Service Status i got that /tmp partition on the server is full... Is there any way to fix this or is it a problem of the server?

djbob will have to clean out the tmp folder when he comes online this afternoon.
