Not able to post a new topic for requesting java host

I want to make a request for java hosting feature on HelioHost. So when tried to follow the step and tried to post a "New Topic"(http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showforum=74), it says:

The error returned was:

This forum is read only, no new posts or replies can be made.

 

 

Now please tell me how to use this feature.

Sorry but we're not offering Java at this time. Maybe in a few months when the new server goes online which should be around September.
