Seems as if you haven't set the name servers at your domain registrar yet. Once you do, give it 24 hours and you should be good.

How do I set the name servers

Posted

Go to wherever you registered your .info domain, find the config options, and change the DNS settings to set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.

Thanks Wizard. I registered this domain name with Heliohost. Thus I assumed that the nameserver would point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org by default. I tried looking at all the options in the Cpanel and I could not find anyplace where I could change the nameservers. I have attached a screenshot of how the cPanel looks like when I login. It is possible that I am missing something here. I would greatly appreciate if you would let me know how to go about solving this problem.

Thanks in advance
