Encrypt renewal error

Hello,

I am receiving a Let's Encrypt renewal error for my account "talesaz" (domain: babalon.com.br). 

The renewal is failing with an NXDOMAIN error because the subdomain "mail.babalon.com.br" is missing its A/AAAA DNS records. 

Since I do not have access to the DNS configurations to fix this myself, could you please either add the missing DNS record for "mail" or help me renew the certificate excluding the mail subdomain?
