email out working, email in not working

I set up a new account about 2 weeks ago. I am able to send emails from the account but I cannot receive emails. The emails bounce back with the message:

"Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <tim@devlingplace.com>:

No MX or A records for devlingplace.com. What does that mean?

 

Also I uploaded my web pages but still cannot see the web site www.devlingplace.com.

 

any advice would be appreciated.

Do you own www.devlingplace.com? Did you set your DNS nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org?
