Account not working

Hi, I seem to have run into a problem logging into my hosting account, I created it about 24 hours ago so i should be able to log in, but when I enter my username and password it says they are invalid. It may have something to do with the length of my password I'll post here since it wouldn't do anybody any good anyways.

 

Username: kenstaab

Password: *

 

Curiously, when Heliohost sent me my confirmation email it gave a shortened version of the password

 

Username: kenstaab

Password: *

 

The account creation page did not give me a limit on the length of my password so I assumed it could be as long as I liked. I tried both versions of the password but neither worked. When that did not work I tried to reset the password but the confirmation code never arrived in my inbox so I have no idea whats going on here.

 

Some help would be appreciated
