eSPiYa Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Hi, I'm currently having problem with authenticating to the CPanel. This happened again 1 week after I re-activate my account(I am unable to log-in to my CPanel account and thought that my account was expired but the admin I've asked for help can't find my account from the expired list). Every time I log-in, another authentication box shows-up and re-input my credentials.(see attached screenshot) Thanks.

Wizard Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Make sure your firewall/internet connection/etc isn't blocking port 2082.

Now, my account is about to be locked again because I'm unable to log-in for almost a month. And I think I found another bug in this forum, after you've moved this topic; I it is not listed on my "tracked topics".
