I couldn't log into cpanel starting from the 5th July Today I've managed tog to cpanel. But all site has gone. I have not received any suspension messages What has happend ? As I could neither open my cpanel nor see my site I've tried to check if the name of domain was available. I hae received no emails from heliohost administration, nothing las time. And yes. I have apparently registered a new dppas.heliohost.org with all precedent files lost. Byron Posted July 7, 2010 Share Posted July 7, 2010 If you had an old account with that same name it was probably deleted because you failed to login to your cpanel every 30 days. Re-ceating a new account won't recover lost files. I'm sorry if you lost any old data but there's nothing we can do about that. You should always keep a backup of important data on your machine or on another server. Your new site however should be up within a day or two.
