what's happened to my site

Dear heliohost,

my site dppas.heliohost.org

has just disappeared.

I couldn't log into cpanel starting from the 5th July

Today I've managed tog to cpanel. But all site has gone.

I have not received any suspension messages

What has happend ?

yes. To my best understanding that's correct.

As I could neither open my cpanel nor see my site I've tried to check if the name of domain was available.

I hae received no emails from heliohost administration, nothing las time.

 

And yes. I have apparently registered a new dppas.heliohost.org with all precedent files lost.

Now, my question are: 1) is there any possiblilty to recover the old content

2) what has happened that such an abnormal situation is possible

If you had an old account with that same name it was probably deleted because you failed to login to your cpanel every 30 days. Re-ceating a new account won't recover lost files. I'm sorry if you lost any old data but there's nothing we can do about that. You should always keep a backup of important data on your machine or on another server. Your new site however should be up within a day or two.
